Our Story
From a WiFi fix to a decade of flex.
techsapiens was founded in 2014, born in the cloud at a moment when most businesses were still weighing up whether to move away from on-premise infrastructure. We made that call early — cloud-native from the start — and it shaped everything about how we’ve built and delivered services ever since.
Our first flexible workspace client came in 2015. We were brought in to sort out their WiFi and ended up doing something that was genuinely unusual at the time: integrating the network directly with Nexudus. It worked, and it opened our eyes to the particular complexity and possibility of the flex sector.
Over the years that followed, we built out deliberately around what operators actually need. Infrastructure first — WiFi, cabling, access control, CCTV, AV, print, all integrated with the workspace platform. Then a deeper practice around the platforms themselves. Then system integration — building custom connections between platforms at the API level, making data flow correctly.
Those three pillars — digital platforms and integrations, system integration, and infrastructure services — give us an uncommon combination of depth and breadth. We don’t know another team that covers this ground with the same sector-specific expertise.
We are now an AI-first organisation. Building AI into everything we do internally, and increasingly helping clients adopt it — not as a bolt-on, but embedded into platforms, workflows and operations in ways that reduce friction and create genuine operational advantage.
2014
Founded, cloud-native
Set up to deliver cloud-first managed IT services at a time when most providers were still tied to on-premise infrastructure.
2015
First flex client
Brought in to fix WiFi, ended up delivering the first known direct integration between a workspace network and Nexudus. The flex specialism was born.
2016–20
Full infrastructure stack
Built out access control, CCTV, AV, print and structured cabling capabilities — all integrated with workspace management platforms.
2020–23
Platform & integration practice
Deepened platform expertise across Nexudus, OfficeRnD and others. Developed a system integration practice building custom API connections for the flex sector.
2024
International expansion
Projects delivered across the US, Europe and Australia. Ongoing support relationships spanning those geographies.
2025
AI-first evolution
Building AI into everything we do — internal operations, client platforms, workflows and delivery.
