I’m looking for an Implementation & Support Analyst to join our team.

I have a feeling the right person for this role might currently be a community associate / community host / workspace coordinator who:
•       Loves the systems and tech side of the job
•       Gets a quiet thrill from a well-designed process or a neat automation
•       Knows that great member experience is built on great back-end systems
•       Enjoys helping others get the best out of tools like workspace management platforms, CRMs and access control

If you’re the one who always ends up owning the workspace software, building templates and documenting “how we do things”, you’ll probably feel very at home in this role.

In this role, you’ll spend your time:
•       Implementing and configuring workspace management platforms for operators
•       Troubleshooting issues and supporting teams day-to-day
•       Helping refine processes so operators and members have a smoother, more seamless experience
•       Working closely with clients who genuinely care about creating brilliant workplaces

If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy digging into how systems fit together, this could be a great next step out of front-of-house and into a more technical, systems-led career path.
