Implementation & Support Analyst

The Role

We are looking for someone with coworking experience who loves working with people, technology and process join our team. Your core responsibilities will be to help implement and support line of business SaaS platforms within the flexible workspace industry. These platforms (such as Nexudus and OfficeRnD) offer a range of features such as member management, bookings, billing, payments, infrastructure integrations such as WIFI, door access control, printing and more. The successful candidate will be working directly under the guidance of a senior subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients implement new technology platforms and integrations with various other platforms
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Prepare documentation
  • Provide ongoing support and management of various coworking platforms and integrations by phone, email, ticket, remote session and in-person

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

We do not require candidates to be experts in the relevant platforms, as training and mentoring will be provided. However, the following attributes, skills and experience will help ensure success in the role:

  • An enthusiasm for technology and a genuine desire to learn, explore and understand new platforms
  • A people person, comfortable providing support to clients via ticketing systems, email, audio/video calls and in person
  • A love of process – successful projects and great client experiences rely on clear, well followed processes, and you will enjoy working within and helping improve them
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, think logically and address problems before they escalate
  • Experience providing ongoing troubleshooting and technical support, or a strong aptitude for doing so
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
  • Clear, confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in software implementation, configuration, or systems integration
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party systems
  • Knowledge of the technology platforms used within the flexible workspace industry (Nexudus, OfficeRnD, etc) is an advantage, but we will provide full training
  • Familiarity with business applications such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, or project management tools.
  • Knowledge of data mapping and transformation tools
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly solutions
