Sales & Operations Administrator

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales & Operations Administrator to help with running our day-to-day operations with rigour and care. The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, whilst also being friendly, emotionally intelligent and entrepreneurial.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast-growing IT business with exposure to a wide-range of clients and industries. Role Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Invoicing and quote management
  • Purchase ledger & basic bookkeeping (Xero & Dext)
  • Sales & purchase reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Internal payroll administration
  • Liaise with our external accountants, payroll and pensions team
  • Statutory & compliance submissions and reporting (inc VAT)
  • Diary management / resource utilisation
  • Client management and responding to queries
  • Supplier management
  • Preparing data for client reviews
  • Developing new bespoke reports on our IT CRM system
