This app gives you all your desk phone functionality as a mobile or PC / Mac app, and adds additional video conferencing and conference room capabilities. How can we help businesses who are not yet on the CloudVoice service and still have older on-premise PBX or just a plain old BT phone system which only works when they are in the office? These systems typically can’t be managed or updated remotely and don’t support intelligent call routing, apps or other advanced functionality.

One way of solving this is to simply divert all calls from your office number to a mobile phone. This may work for you, but doesn’t work if you

  • need to handle multiple incoming calls at the same time
  • need a custom greeting and menu options
  • you need to transfer calls to each other
  • you need to make outgoing calls and have them look like they come from your normal number
  • be able to ‘switch off’ whenever you’re not working

We can help in such cases by setting up a temporary CloudVoice service and diverting your BT landline to this service. Once this is in place, we can then set up as many users as you need – or just the one if that’s all you need. The CloudVoice service allows us to then:
